Initial Meeting:
You will meet with a project manager that will be your direct point of contact from conception to completion.  We will listen to your ideas, provide feedback, and take measurements.  At this time it can be determined if you would like to meet with a Landscape Architect that we work with closely during the planning and construction of your project. Once a design or plan is approved, a bid will be submitted quickly.

Approval to Proceed:
Once a bid is approved, a contract will be signed and a deposit will be required.  We will provide you with when your project is scheduled to begin and ensure materials are secured for your project.  Locates will be called by Kelly, LLC and any permits needed prior to starting the project will be secured.

Construction:
Most projects can be completed in less then one week.  Some projects may take longer depending on the size and complexity of the work.  Crews will be introduced to the project by the project manager that you worked with during the conceptual and bidding phase.  We will ensure that your project is kept clean and organized each day to limit the impact during this process.  We streamline this process to limit the impact to you and your property, so you can enjoy your short Alaskan summer.

Final Walk Through:
Once the project is complete a final walk through will be completed with you and the project manager.  Instructions to care for your new landscape will be provided and any questions will be answered.  Our staff is available for any follow up needs you may have.

Kelly Lawn and Landscaping, LLC provides custom carpentry to compliment your landscaping. Outdoor patio furniture and landscape carpentry provide relaxation, seclusion, privacy, and functionality to your outdoor living space. Add a trellis or arch over a gate to welcome guests, or an overhead pergola to hang flowers, or a gazebo to provide warmth while barbecuing with separation from the neighbors. This addition to your landscape can also extend the season a bit longer by shielding you from the elements while you utilize your outdoor space.
